Bed linen and towels are provided with housekeeping services scheduled mid-week. Guests provide their own food, beverages, condiments, personal use items, toiletries, and beach towels. A meal plan is available at an extra cost.

Nightly Rates per Room (based on single or double occupancy):

Daily Standard Rate- $100 USD per night/ per room;
May 1, 2021-October 31, 2021 Summer Special: $75 USD per night/ per room
October 8-October 11, 2021 Canadian Thanksgiving $195 USD per night/ per room
November 21-November 25, 2021 US Thanksgiving $195 USD per night/ per room
December 23, 2021-January 1, 2022- Christmas Holiday- $195 USD per night/ per room

Weekly/ Monthly Rates Per Room (based on single or double occupancy):

Weekly Rate- $495 USD per week/ per room
Monthly Rate- $1,495 USD per month/ per room

Standard Nightly Rate- $375 USD per night/ for entire home
Standard Weekly Rate- $1499 USD per week/ for the entire home
Standard Monthly Rate- $3999 USD per month/ for the entire home

May 1, 2021-October 31, 2021- Summer Special $245 USD per night
November 23-November 25, 2021— US Thanksgiving $595 USD per night
December 23-January 1, 2021- Christmas Holiday- $595 USD per night

The meal plan is $40 USD per person/ per day which includes 3 meals and non-alcoholic beverages. Reduced rates for children under 7 years of age are available. Meals are served under our covered decks for outdoor dining to ensure that social distancing and guest safety is maintained.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds for cancellation of bookings other than the refundable damage deposit.

Payment
To minimize guest contact related to COVID-19, extra steps are taken to ensure that minimal contact is made between staff, other guests, and our BTB Gold Standard Certified Tour Guides. Contactless payment is made directly within the VRBO and Air BNB booking system.

Cleaning Fee - $50 USD per room
Cleaning Fee- $150 USD entire house
Security Deposit- $150 USD (refundable)

*All rates and Service Charges are subject to a 9% Hotel Tax
